At Body, Mind & Sail — food is part of the healing. Fresh, delicious meals from around the world, prepared with love and care — not to restrict, but to restore and enjoy.
Most days, we share two nourishing meals on board and one ashore in a cozy taverna. At anchor in a quiet bay, all meals are enjoyed together on the boat — vibrant, flavorful, and full of care. In between, healthy bites like fruit, nuts, and spreads are always available.
Meals follow the rhythm of the season and the sea: vibrant brunches, roasted veggies, warming couscous bowls, or grilled delights on deck. On special evenings, we light the BBQ — vegetables, fish, or meat — enjoyed under the stars in good company.
Alcohol is welcome in moderation — a glass of wine with dinner or a toast to celebrate — always with balance and well-being at the heart.
Dietary needs are honored with care. And if you’d like to join in — chopping, stirring, or helping at the market — your hands are appreciated.
This is food that nourishes, comforts, and connects — joyful, abundant, and shared with intention.


Care & Participation
When you join us, you can expect that we take care of you with a lot of warmth and love. We’re here to make sure you feel nurtured and at ease during your stay.
At the same time, we truly appreciate it when our guests also lend a hand every now and then.
Whether it’s helping with the dishes, joining in with a bit of cooking, or tidying up a shared space, your participation helps us keep everything running smoothly and creates a sense of community on board.
